    Why did you buy them? If you bought them because you thought Clinton was going to win, then that was a gamble and not an investment. The election was a binary event. After the initial moves, that will happen in the next couple of days, the market will go back to earnings, profits, economy.

    To be honest, I think the gun stocks would have sold off on a Clinton win. Gun manufacturers may have been facing some negative legislation.

    Gun stocks correlate with people's fear of losing rights to guns, fear of access to purchase guns, and fear of other people with guns. Gun stocks soar when there is a mass killing and when legislation restricts and prevents people from purchasing guns. I think with Trump in office, gun stocks will go down because he shows no interest in restricting our access to guns.
