    Skeeter parts and stuff

How about we get a thread going on where to find stuff for our boats.

windshields, boat covers, latches, gauges, decals....

once we have a bunch of numbers and links I'll put it all together and pin it at the top for everyone to use....and add to it as we go.
Just keep your message short with the info please.
Please do not post stuff for sale here...thanks

Latches at Cabelas were perfect for my ZX195...thanks BBC!

Except for the driver's side rod box ... not enough room ... other front latches seem fine...

for all those who have the lil plastic hooks on the end of your bungee rod tie downs as most probably do, and have broken some as i have this website carries them, ive looked all over for them and found them here fairly cheap, most skeeters i have seen have the 1/4" hooks as mine does, hope this helps.

Tempe Marine here in Tempe, AZ was willing to order parts from Skeeter for me and got them right the first time. Even shipped them to me so I didn't have to drive 2 hours to pick them up.

    Moor Mates

Some of you know I was searching for the plastic rope ends for the retractable docking ropes. My Skeeter dealer wanted $15........yes $15 EACH for these little plastic caps. Thanks too Bass Junkie, I found them online at http://www.worthco.com/marine/moor.html.

    Heres the part numbers: http://www.worthco.com/marine/howto/moor3.html

I called them up and bought them for .80 cents.......yes .80 cents each!

I ordered several so if anyone needs a couple, I have a few to spare.

    Re: (Charger)

    Hi There,
Have you used these moormates? They look like a great idea!!! Were they hard to install on your boat? Did you just install them were your existing cleats were?

Lotso questions eh? Just bought a used Skeeter and thought this would be excellent idea instead of having ropes in the boat.

    Thanks

    Re: (HammysSkeeter)

Hammy, the MoorMates came on mine, but yes you can add them. Just look at there website, they tell you how to install them. Not sure on the price but I think they are around $160 per set.
