    Got the comfortroll installed tonight. The hole we cut was right in between the braces and about 4 inches in front of the tackle locker so basically there was absolutely nothing in the way when we cut the hole just drop it in.

    The older models with wood weighed,
    200 xte was 1350# the 200 xlt was 1300#
    181 xte weighed 1150# 181xlt- 1100#
    180T- 1000# rated hp150
    160bass 950#
    The reason of less stress cracks were all corners were backed up with 7" tape, dont remember the ounce.
    That is a factory windshield, actually they had another one that was taller but very few people wanted it because of having to remove it for boat covers.

    There was no additional bracing needed under the decks. If I remember correctly the decks were 3/4" plywood with resin on both sides.
    All of Aries were hand laid, not a chopper in the shop even the caps were hand laid.

    The comfortroll is real nice I have been out a few times with it and you feel like you have 2 feet on the deck instead of one foot way up in the air. Post some pics of you guys boats
