Power Pole Help!

I have a single power pole that just quit on me one day. Once I got a chance to look into it, I found that the main 30 amp fuse keeps blowing. I replaced it once, tried to operate the pole and it blew instantly. Everything appears to be fine and it just quit one day with no warning or issues leading up to it.

Anybody else dealt with this issue that can give me some direction. I have not called Power Pole yet, just wanted to make sure it wasn't something basic before I go that route.
