This game has been a good learning tool for me as well. I like being able to see what is working and what is not working by looking at other portfolios. Thanks Big dreams for putting this all together!
I have to agree, I too am appreciative of the game he put together. I know after this I will have more confidence in at least another option when playing stocks

Took a schlacking today. No way did I think their would be an Opec deal. Oh well.
What really sucked about today was that I lost power three times, while I was trading with real account. Sucks holding a trade with the only way to watch it is with a cell phone and not able to watch the data from a service I pay for

I tell you, I had problems with my st account all day. Not sure what was up, and I will not place market orders for open on the challenge. It takes hours to fill and by then I'm screwed. The delay of filling orders is not very real life but getting by

Well shorting oil has killed me, if it weren't for my big buys in SCO I would be looking good so far. Now I am making it up with buying oil instead of shorting it! lol

I've been tempted to buy more while it's low but it just keeps dropping. I've done really well everywhere else.
I wish it was real!!!! Although, I learned a valuable lesson today. Take profits and do something else for the day. I made a killing today, got greedy, and it bit me in the ass. I made a small comeback, but less than 50% profits than I had at noonish
I guess I'm going to hold onto my lousy oil trade for a few more days.

I did well on oil today.
I did too, but trying to make up for the shitty move I made shorting oil, just like boniel I think we are stuck holding onto SCO until something changes. I've done great with gold and oil in this game.
I'm shorting oil and buying oil, just following trends and going for it. Macd and 30 minute crossover is mostly what I'm rolling on.
Reading haftafish's trades makes me go cross eyed.
Lol, but it's been working! Yesterday I didn't find any company's that fit into how im doing this trading hence the zero trades yesterday

I bought Pheizer a few days back.... Not a good deal.
I got busy yesterday and a stock I shorted went the wrong way! Going back to my original statement, gotta be able to keep the hand on the cover button. Yesterday I didn't follow my own advice
Thank GOD I only used this challenge to build a short position on the market and NOT real money. I know a few people who are getting really hurt and I bet some are blowing up their accounts.
