mercury 115 4s warranty

hi, I just bought a 2014 ranger rt188 with a 2014 mercury 115 4 stroke ser# 2b098113 how can I find out if motor has warranty left, if so how long,seller could not remember if he got extended warranty or not.thanks also can you recomend a ss prop for this boat. thanks again.

Best props for that rig have been the 20 pitch Laser II and the 19 pitch Spitfire X7. The Laser II will be a bit faster top end and the Spitfire X7 will be a little better holeshot, handling, and with a heavy load. As for warranty I think any Mercury authorized service center can pull up the warranty information on an engine.
