Looking for info on the bay

Hi guys, I posted this in the lounge and it was suggested I try here as well.


I just found out that the regionals for BASS this year are going to be held on the Upper Chesapeake Bay. My first question is on lodging. We are looking at staying at the Sutton Inn in Elkton. Does anyone have any info on this place?

My second question is on the fishing as I have never been there. I have fished the Potomac a few times. Is it similar? We will be there in June. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would stay away from Sutton inn.

try the Comfort Inn in Northeast Md. Its a stone throw from everything, including the ramp.
