    Local Carpet (boat) Installer?

So, I want to put new seats and carpet in my boat. I'm capable of doing both but I have a newborn and a 2 year old to look after during most of my down time. I'm curious if anyone knows a person or place that will do the carpet installation if I buy the materials. Thanks in advance!

If you don't mind a little drive you can take your boat to Kenly NC and get Ted Boyette (NCboatguy) to fix you up. I did my carpet myself but I had Ted restore the fiberglass finish on my boat and recover the seats. I believe he can also handle getting your carpet done. http://ncboatguy.com/ He did excellent work for a reasonable price.

I second this. He did a great job on my Ranger.

Hi, what is the boat length, model, single or dual console? What brand of carpet, color, and weight/oz are you wanting to be installed?
    Thanks

The boat is a Triton TR186DC with gray carpet, depending on price maybe put seadeck in the cockpit not sure on Capet weight but I’ve heard BassCat
    20 oz is good

Syntec Industries produces two different ounces of carpets,
    Aggressor series , 16oz,
    Platnum II series 24 oz.
Syntec does not manufacture a 20oz.

Not sure where you live but Timmy Jones and his partner in Fredericksburg can do it for sure. They do allot of boats and also do some stuff for local pros every year. They do a little of everything with the exception of heavy motor work. Mine is up there right now getting new carpet. I will do most anything else but I did not want to tackle that project personally. If you would like his number text me: 540-273-7709 and I will pass it along.
