Thx fellas.
It is a nice hull to start with, no stress cracks anywhere and rock solid transom and structure.
Also, the deck and hatches are all composite so no rot where it may be expected on a '91
Finish Cleaning and begin filling/repairing random screw holes this week
Nice project! Curiosity questions: Is that entire back deck one big compartment, or does the decking have multiple lids when it's done? Guessing fuel tank goes in there, but is there additional storage there too?
Curious if the center console is livewell, or storage?
Rear has one big deck hatch which has a built in shallow compartment with hatch
That rear compartment holds the fuel tank, 3x batts, 3 bank charger & oil reservoir
There would not be storage room in that configuration but I plan on relocating the 24V batts to a forward compartment and ditching oil injection which will free up space
Center, between seats is the livewell
Power will be this 200 EFI, 20" mid, 25P tempest
Took my time de-rigging so that the factory wiring harness could be isolated from junk wiring.
Not sure if it will get reused or replaced with a whole new harness, good to know how everything is wired either way.
Looking good, but before you put that Merc on there change the sticker on the cowling....it will slow you down about 10mph
Yeah that's gotta go...
Hopefully its not an arm and a leg for some different Merc stickers
Shouldnt be, Iguanna graffix is a board sponsor on here and does some great work and will do custom stuff for your new custom ride

Very nice, can't wait to see its progress. Sticking with that same color scheme? Going to be a head turner all finished
The basic color scheme will stay factory original, white and blue with mirrored graphics..
Trolling motor and helm/ controls will be Black
I am undecided on seats...
Reupholster factory shells blue to keep it original -or- ?
.. kind of want to do something different
How rough do these things ride on a smallish inland lake?
Do the seats need to be padded?
Padded for sure, where are you located?
