    I'd rebuild the carbs and every orifice, jet, whatever you want to call it will be taken out and wire ran thru it.....1 clogged jet and you've got a hole down.....

    Wow. Just did the carbs 2 weeks ago on my project boat. It sat for about 6 years. I pulled enough varrnish from the carbs to recoat a set of cabinets. Bulb line and gas tank are new. Have a water separator filter on order and then will be doing all the lines.
