Hello Carlos - you're the lucky guy who bought the coolest bass boat in America. Good for you. (I recognize those two characters in the photo and the 'ocean' they're driving on - my favorite Lake St. Clair.)
I have a 1993 492VS with a 2004 Yamaha HPDI 225. This boat's a survivor of 12 years on the Great Lakes.
Just sold my 363V, MERC 150 XR6, a real fish catcher. Wife said I should get a larger boat. So, ordered a Z-20, Merc Opti 225 Pro XS, AND, now waiting impatiently. "Asher" and "Carolina Killer" have been most helpful. Thanks.

It is the redfishedition you can fish saltwater or fresh the boat has no carpet, it is essentially a saltwater ready bass boat that has all the bass goodies that the normal 195" have.It has soft ride seats and special paint graphics. I am a second time Ranger owner and I am really a Ranger man but I get frustrated with Ranger not letting us put enough motor on these boats. My boat is 19'5" and weighs 1800# and I can only put a 200 on it. That boat would easily handle 225 and probably a 250. This boat actually runs faster than I thought that it would, I can run 68.5 GPS by myself and possibly more but I am hitting the rev limiter on my motor between 5850 and 5900. Yamaha says it should hit the limiter at 6100 but mines not and my mechanic tells me that he has seen them hit at 5700.

Last summer I bought my fifth Ranger and like it so far....next one will be bigger!
What is your top end? Just curious? I no longer have my R91 (loved it!).....traded it in because the new house would not accomodate the length.....bought a new Ranger 185VX w/175 Yamaha HPDI
