Just curious if anyone out there knows if you have enough room on a 2003 Procraft 200 Super Pro on the front deck to put 2 seats side by side without getting into the storage areas? I'm looking at buying one and I mainly crappie fish so I'm wanting to mount 2 seats up front but don't want it to be to tight because of lack of room or have to mount seats on top of storage area.
I have an 04 192 Super Pro. I don't think you will have room, without being on top of the rod lockers on each side.
Thanks, I am concerned if I put the pedestal mounts back on the doors that over time the extra pressure from sitting there might cause the doors to weaken some. I've seen it happen on other boats. What's your opinion??
The lids would prob hold up better then the deck if you have to add seats posts up front. When I cut my 205 for TM tray I thought the deck was laid pretty light. I ended up framing the hole and adding support under the deck on either side. Maybe the super pro and pro were done a lil different. Mine's an 03.
i would use the smaller box lid it should carry weight just fine you con add some more reinforcing to bottem of lid to
