    2016 4250 Cyclone

Just before the summer we gathered our pennies and purchased our third 5th wheel. Been doing it now for about 10 years and all have been 5th wheels. Our first was Jayco Jay Flight, then Open Range Rolling Thunder. Can't say enough about how enjoyable it is and how carefree of a life style it is.

Yes, we weren't sure we would like it but it has wked out nicely, what we feel it added was more space to get away to w/o having to leave the camper itself, specially the side one. And as u see no more cloths line to put up LOL

    BAM,
I recently just purchased a F450 crew cab long bed after pulling it with an 06 F250 crew cab long bed, boy what a difference, you can only imagine. The dual tires made it such a difference, less swaying as I travel, which helped me feel as though I wasn't fighting with the trailer. It weights around 20,000.

The manufacturer says kingpin weight is 3525 lbs. and the dry weight is 15725 lbs. By the time everyone's "stuff" is put in the trailer, total weight is substantially more. Add a couple of Harleys in the rear and it would take a F450 to tow it.

    With a F250 diesel, I limited myself to a 11K lb. bunkhouse fifth wheel with 2K kingpin weight--and I'm max'd out. I'm not suffering.

But for someone that is hauling toys, your trailer is magnificent.
