I went to a local sheet metal dealer that had some aluminum in stock and had the make me a 3/16 in cover. I had some spray on Rustoleum bed liner I finished it up with... Just a thought... Dan

You can find 4" diameter, 1/4" thick aluminum discs on ebay too.

I put a Jensen AM/FM /weather radio to fill the hole . It also bluetooths music from my phone. It sounds half decent and looks good. Know I don't play while I'm fishing but in the garage or while working on the boat its great. The weather station is a plus. For the sixty bucks it works for me.

The top two are factory covers that I had dipped here. https://www.facebook.com/h2odip

The bottom I made, then sent to the same to be dipped.

Pretty sure member "beach cues" above can set you up with similar covers.

If "beach cues" is willing to do it for you. Do it!! He does great work!! It's very generous of him to make such nice pieces for the Champ family. I don't have anything from him, but have seen his work. If I ever need anything, I'll be begging him for his talent.

I'm not OP, but I could use a couple of covers...One for front, one for dash. A '99 202dc.
It would be awesome if you are willing to make me those.
If so, do you need measurements, or are most the same.
If you'd rather not, I understand.
You can pm me if you want.

For the Champ owners with the large "squarish" bow and console holes.....

Pretty sure this is the correct panel. The back of the panels on my Champion had Stratos stickers on them. You could call C&O and ask for the measurements.

    http://www.teamcandomarine.com/eshop...over_Panel.htm

The measurements on the above panels are 6-3/4" X 5-5/8".
