Just found out that the North Jetty at the Florida's Sebastian Inlet State Park will be gated and closed from Dusk until Dawn. This was announced at a meeting held at the park yesterday afternoon. I am not sure what the access status will be until the gate is constructed. If you are planning a trip to the park and plan to fish the North Jetty would be best to call the park ahead of time.

More on the closure "Thuggery" is blamed, including pier fishermen throwing at boats passing the inlet.
