Sounds like SLOW is activated. If that's the case it's overheating or your temp sensor is bad. Check your engine temp at the cylinder head with an infrared thermometer. It should be "around" 160. If it isn't overheating disconnect the temp sensor and see if it resolves the problem. If so, replace the temp sensor.
Have you checked the stator, Have you checked the timing advance???Could be sticking not letting timing advance to full rpms...Checked the wot throttle plates??? just a few things that will stop one from getting full rpms...
I have also changed the port side temp sensor and the water pump.
Remove the carb drain plugs and make sure the high speed orifices are secure in the carb bowls.
Wildfire 150 where 17 foot 8 inches....
