    ?? for Don

    I have a 2003 four stroke ss#OT916684 on a 17.6 skeeter With a 6" jack-plate,turning a 21" trophy at 5400 RPM and running 50 MPH GPS will I have a problem with this only turrning5400 RPM at WOT? Thanks

    can somebody answer my ?? the manual states wot at 5600 rpm to 6000 rpm

    Shouldn't be a problem but you should try to get up to at least 5800 rpm's . Are you using a smart craft gauge or analog?

    Verify tach accuracy FIRST.

    Prop to achieve between 5600-5800 RPM's.

    I also have a digital RPM gage and it reads the same .

    At 3000 RPM's, is it the same? That's the key....
