    Look at the pictures in the link provided above (Post# 99). Only a very few of the openings are visible from below the tuner (powerhead and adapter plate must be removed to access the top of the tuner).

    That one will end up coming apart to address the blockages in the idle relief passages... trying to clean them out from below honestly only accomplishes a really black/dirty arm (and just enough difference to let you know you need to pull it down and do it correctly).

    You should never have to Tap the fuel pump, under any circumstance,to make it operate. Change the pump now before it fails totally.
