    2003 250 XS wont turn up.

    I have a 2003 250XS. I took it out this weekend and it wouldn't turn up even rpm to get on plain. Was bogging8down around 2800rpm. Checked and cleaned plugs. Did compression check 125 across the board.
    Idles fine from what i can tell. No problems with fuel bulb. Any and all help greatly appreciated.

    I didn't check for fire, only visually checked plugs, cleaned them with wire brush.

    Currently cant get over 2800rpm
    Idle water pressure between 5 and 7lbs
    Have smartcraft gauges.

    Checked for fire last night had good fire on all cylinders coming from coils.
