Do you mean the switch under the shifter? That is an open/close valve. The aerator is a toggle or a rocker switch on the dash.

Posting pics....check the Help forum here on BBC.

I think more often than not it's the valve that causes the problems. The valves do come apart easily and you can try to service it. Have to be careful though, the plastic can get a bit brittle with age. I broke one of the barb fittings trying to get mine out. The actuator cable was fine on mine.

Enclosing pictures of valve from below throttle control, and on transom
First picture shows valve lever which is hard to move
Second is valve located on transom
Third is all openings on transom.
If someone can identify and recommend how to free up will be sincerely appreciated
    thanks again

The part you need to look for will require some bilge diving. Down in the bottom of the bilge there will be a hose with an inline, likely black valve with cable attached. This is the part that needs to be checked out. You can start by just disconnecting the cable from the valve and if the lever then moves easily, you know it's not the switch or the cable. Getting the valve out may be a royal pain because of where it is and the hoses are probably tight, but I suspect this is the part you need to get after.

Here's a pic of what it probably looks like, in the bilge area:

Reggie, I'll look today and let you know about the horn. The bilge pump is under the gas tank and unless someone has installed an auto on switch don't think it will come on automatically, I have to turn mine on every time I want to empty the bilge.

Auto bilge pump was an option and used a separate pump from the manual bilge pump.

Does the live well drain switch control water coming in and out of livewell?
If set to closed position, livewell will not recieve water, or drain out water already in livewell?
