Would you be interested in a 2007 Sabre?
I'd take the Pantera out of the mix, and look for the Cougar or Puma FTD. Jag is a giant. Make sure you see one up close first.

I was talking bout the old style jags.
What didnt you like about the 294? I have a PII and used to have a Stratos 285 so maybe I can provide a little insight.
I like both brands so you will get an honest opinion from me, no "my brand is the best" homer answers haha
The 294 is a heck of a boat and little pocket rocket, the only thing I dont like about their design is the front deck, for a 19+ft boat it seems a bit short (I dont like rod tips hanging far off the deck and getting into the co-anglers stuff/area)
If you fish bigger water a LOT the Puma/Jag will certainly be better, but the PII is not bad, I have no issues with mine stability wise or in running in choppy water. However in the years you are looking the PII is a bit smaller as far as front deck.

Never thought it'd be this hard to find an early 2000's BCB.
Demand seems to be pretty high right now.. Good news for BCB owners as the more demand the higher the resale.. Here is a good deal on a 2008 http://www.legacymarineky.com/site_p...m_index_1.html
