So I take it that you didn't use ActiveCaptain and upload these to the Quickdraw community.
My wife asks if I'm going to fish every day. I can't fish every day. Some days I might be sick.

Yes. I am buying a 32GB micro SD and thinking which is the best for Quickdraw. It seems that the "endurance" version of SD would be better for constant writing.

will test if the backup folder can be transferred back to the new card. Thanks.

Its should....i typically map with my TM when fishing and when done, i'll make a copy on the PC and copy and overwrite the file on the console unit so that way they have the updated map.

I have the Echomap 93sv Plus unit and every time I've updated my charts with an SD card, I lose my Quickdraw contours. Based on the above, if I save the old contours on my pc and download the new chart from Garmin to a blank SD card and then insert that card into pc and add the Quickdraw contours to the new card it'll work?

Can you put more than one lake on an sd card using quick draw mapping or do you need a separate sd card for each map you are making? Thanks for any help.

All quick draw recordings go on one card, no matter how many lakes and whether it's in one state or another....
