How is the customer service at PHOENIX?
Excellent. I can send their customer service rep Jeff Hartung an email and he will usually respond within 30 minutes. I've also toured the plant twice, and everyone up there is a great bunch of folks that can answer any question you throw at them.
Its by far one of the BEST companies I have ever seen to deal with. And thats for either the consumer side or the dealer side.
