CHIRP now that I have it. I like it far better than any single freq I have used in the past.
    Smokercraft Phantom 202 Yamaha F115/Merc 9.9
    Garmin 7610xsv/GT51M-TM/Panoptix PS21/LiveScope
Why am I hanging out here when I could be fishing.....

Agree on the use of chirp, which is multiple frequencies. In 30 ofw and less, would go with the 200. Moe selective on cone angles.

200- 20 degree to 23 degree cone angles. For scanning a area looking for targets.
200- 9 degree to 10 degree cone angles. For pinpointing target location for positioning boat and locating targets close to sharper inclines (narrow cone angle transducers have less dead band)

For my walleye fishing, I like 200 kHz alot and more picky on the cone angles used for a particular fishing application within the higher KHZ range
