    Venice La

    First time going to Venice trying to plan trip. Any suggestion's on charter bost's and best time for catching a few bull reds, smaller red's in number's, and trout? Thank's in advance for any help!!!

    Venice is one of the most special places in the world. I have made this my annual trip each year. There are several guides and lodges there, I would recommend The Redfish Lodge. Mike and his wife run a first class fishing service. 504-782-0924

    I had the same objectives but despite what they tell you they specialize in bull reds.. Our guide tried for slot sized reds and trout and after 1/2 day going w/o a hit he ran 50 miles back tracking then out to the gulf where we caught bull reds. Lots of other guides there doing same thing on the gulf. We went late Oct for 3 days. Averaged 10-12 big bull reds per day.
