What are your thoughts on the Verado 200. I'm looking at the Lund 1875 pro v bass and its rated for a 200. Seeing that this will be my 1st four stroke, I have a few concerns.

    1. How has the reliability been with this motor ?
    2. Does the Verado require special maintenance such as valve adjustments or timing chain adjustments.
    3. I don't care about speed, but I do care about low end torque.

    Thank You

    1. Excellent.
    2. No valve or timing chain adjustments required (maintenance-free valvetrain)
    3. Torque to spare.

If I were repowering, or ordering a new boat, it would have a Verado on it (based on the current available engine lineup).
