98 nitro 700 Lx sc 75hp merc tracker PROP ???

I just purchased a 98 700LX and I was wondering what prop should I have on this Combination and what RPM at wot. This boat is for my son and want to set it up for him. should I go aluminum or SS.

I have a Nitro NX 750 DC with a 90HP Merc and run a SS SOLAS 13x21.. Pushes my boat on average 43 MPH running around 5400 RPM..

I have a 170DC with a 90 mercury tracker. I also have a 13 x 21p, it is made by Apollo. It pushes my boat at 42 at 5400 rpms. Before this prop I had an aluminum 13 x 19 I believe. Around the same top end but much faster out of the hole with the new ss.
