LETS SEE SOME PICS (Hydra-Sports) only

Lets see if we can get an owners list of our rides and a short description. as other posts have stated ONE picture only please. And to make it easy I borrowed some info from the str**os board on how to post a pic . So maybe this will help, give it a try anyway.

Ok guys im going to try and walk you thru how to post a picture. First you need to have your picture hosted somewhere on the internet (I use Shutterfly.com Its free) When you down load your pictures you pick out the one you want to post and they will give you an address to that picture.Example http://shutterfly.com/jerrysboat/23595jpg Once you have that you come here and you make your post.At the top of the post you will see what looks like a little mountain when you click it it will give you this [IMG][IMG] what you do with it is this..click inbetween the two IMG brackets ][ and insert your picture address
    [IMG]http://shutterfly.com/jerrysboat/23595jpg [IMG]

if this seems a little long , give them a shout on the Help Forum , they'll get ya up'n runnin in no time.

Or you can use several different wax sealers but wont last more than two months-4 months

Research it on a search engine many prefer to reapply the chemical treatment twice a year or so type in boat restorer all kinds of it like PoliGlow- or Meguiar's not quite the longer lasting but easier to do,and reapply.

Clear coat means clear paint basically
Boats have gel or fiberglass then clear coat, cars repainted get clear coat
Boats are done in much the same way sprayed on with a spray gun after masking anything off you dont want coated, not easy

I pulled the motor off, and pulled the cap. It actually was not that hard compaired to other bass boats. You only have to pull the bump rail and about 200 screws. Carefully cut the cap away from the floor and cut all the connecting fiberglass sheets they stick inside the rod lockers etc. Across the back they used a bit of fiberglass but it was easy to get at and cut free. Next I used huge shelving as a frame and simply ratchet strapped the top right up and off. Hardly any foam, all the wires go up with the cap.... I am in the process of cutting out and replacing the Transom now. Take care to remove your alum rail boys and keep the back of these boats sealed up!

I just bought my first bass boat 1990 dv 200. Do you know if your boat hull is kevlar? And if so do you have to use kevlar materials to fix any glass repair. I am not sure yet if i have any rot issues yet it has been kept in really good shape from previous owner. My last question for now is do you have any kind of manuals documentation. I will be posting some picture later it is nice to know that someone else has the same boat.

I bought a 1989 DV200 with a 200 Mairner. Boat was in immaculate shape and only needed carpet. So I thought! Purchased from the orig owners (owner, husband has recently passed away.) Took the boat out. With a 25p prop and a Jack plate holding prop 1.5" above pad she did right at 70mph. Got it home after a few days of hard fishing to find that the top motor bolts had pulled into the rotten transom. Here is what she looks like now!photo 1.jpgphoto 2.jpgphoto 3.jpgphoto 4.jpg
