    Tuffy X-190

Just about done with all the rigging so it is worth some pics. Still need to hook up my bow unit. Now it's time to start thinking about putting some fish in this boat! Last time out I was able to hit WOT and it reached 60 mi/hr on the speedo and that was with a 9.9 on the back. Haven't fished with it yet.

Very nice rig! Question: How long are the rods sitting on the deck in those pics? Can you fit 8' 6" rods in similar fashion (without them being underfoot while on the bow mount pedal)?

Those are 7' rods. Let me look at things later today and I'll get back to you. The musky guys love the X-190 so I am guessing they make it work. You could also opt for a single console in which case the 8'6" rod tips could lay on the side ledge.

I could fit 7'6" rods in that fashion but not an 8'6".

Man that's an awesome boat. Really surprised I don't see more of them.

Thanks Joe. We'll have to get out either around Christmas or next year.
