Pontoon seats?

Looking to purchase a pontoon. Maybe. The one that I am looking at a some seat issues. Really just one based on just the first inspection. Seats look to be ok. No cracks or tears or splits that I can tell. But they are severally faded on top of all of the seats. Can they be repaired? Is their a dye or vinyl stain that can bring the color back out.

Is this a duplicate posting? Vinyl paint will renew your seats and even change colors if you'd like.
