    Triton tr-21 2002 EZ loader

has anyone ever experience this problem or seen this happen. Wondering if some good heating bending and strong weld will be enough to get me through a few seasons or what exactly should be done.

Heatin and bendin ain't gonna do any good. You need a reputable welding shop to look at that.

My 2000 TR-20, MFI trailer did that same thing. Had a buddy make some repairs to it for me.

Any decent fab shop can fix that, but they will have to grind the existing metal back quite a bit to get through the corrosion. I would guess they will be replacing a good chunk of it.

It almost looks like the trailer is rotten? My friend had a nice american trailer for his jetboat that was rhino lined on the outside and it rotted from the inside in only a few years.
