1) make sure the power is on to the pumps
2) make sure Bluetooth is on
3) tap connect

I have tried that it still won't connect. My phone says unable to connect to device.
There is a device that you have to purchase to make them work with Apple products
You only have to buy an updated module if your pumps are more than a year or so old. I would call the tech support number, give them your serial number and they can tell you if you poles currently support IOS or if you need to the updated module. All the poles that come ready for ios will have a decal on the box if you still have the box that says its ready for ios.
