Echomap Ultra Black screen

While fishing a tournament yesterday my front Echomap ultra 122sv screen just went black. Anyone know a master reset? I’ve shut down the whole system. Unplugged wires and still black screen. The buttons light up. I’ll be calling Garmin Monday just wanted to see if anyone else has a fix.

Check your brightness level. Mine did that one time and I had accidentally turned it down to nothing.

Thanks fellas. That was the first thing I checked. After 10 minutes on the phone with Garmin and they are sending me a new unit. They didn’t really say how often this happens. After switching from Lowrance, I’ve been highly disappointed in Garmin products. Their customer service has been great, but so far I’ve had issues with the Force trolling motor and now this. Units are less than 5 months old and only have about 30 hours on them.
