believe it or not, during the filing that was the 2nd time in my life I have ever fished that lake in the spring, and I have only fished it from a boat maybe 4 times total prior to that.... the week before the filming I went up there with a buddy to put a plan together and we completely hammered them. Our biggest fish was 6lbs 9oz's back by a 5lb 13oz, 5lb 10oz and 5lb 3oz then a 4lb 13oz. We had over 26lbs for 5 fish.... so I ran with the same exact pattern the day of filming because we had the same exact weather... except a cold front came in 2 days before filming.
