    Center seat

I thought that I should replace my own seats which didn't go like I thought it would, (thought I could be a handy man again.) Trying to take off the back of the center seat which is not going good. Anyone know how to do this, my boat is a 2003 Triton TR185. Going to try to use self tapping screws for the other seats. Thanks for the input

I had a 2003 TR185 & changed my seats too. There were a couple of screw in the seams on each side. You had to dig in the seams to find them. I actually used bolts to attach the new seats. Be careful if you use screws. The gas tank is below the seat platform and it comes up behind the seat too. There is not a lot of clearance between the back and the bottom and the tank. I took out the seat platform then attached my seats then reinstalled the platform. It was very easy. The hardest part was getting the seats lined up and that wasn't hard at all. I think I still have photos from when I did everything.
