Need advice 401k

I am tried of losing money in my 401k. I am 51 and started plan when I was 24.
I have 50% in Windsor II and 50% in equity and income. Can anyone advise me which of these other options to move funds to? Tks and God bless you.

First thing is, you should understand what is in those funds and how they are weighted. If you don't understand how those funds work, then I think you should set up a meeting with an advisor of your 401K. If you have had a 401K since 24, then I'm wondering how you have lost money. Too active in moving things around???? With a 401K, diversification is important.

If you want to take the time to break out the holdings of those funds, I will gladly give my opinion of them as will others, but you shouldn't buy or sell something based on our opinions. We all get it wrong from time to time.
