2004 ranger 521vx with 2015 etec 225 help with props

Hey guys I need some help picking out props for my boat.. I have a 2004 ranger 521vx. dual console. 1 12ft talon. No jack plate.
Prop on it now is a raker ho 24 pitch 141/2×24 vents are closed. Motor is 2 from bottom on transom bolt hight. 3 bladed prop.
I can't Remember my RPMS wide open but I'm getting about 59-60 MPH.
I had a 2004 mercury optimax 225 i think the pitch of that prop was 24 or 25.. I was getting about 62-63 MPH.
if anyone could help me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
Also boat is used for tournament fishing!

Open all the vents, if that doesn't work, try a 25 tempest plus.

A worked 25p Tempest will be your best bet.

I'm sure it will run well, but the top end will be slower. You also need a jackplate.

One of the biggest differences is the gear ratio. The Mercury had a 1.75 gear and the E-tec is geared at 1.85 but you might be able to turn a larger pitch prop with the lower gears and a jack plate will help. Can you max out the rpms with the 24" prop now?
