Sounds like you have her dialed in pretty close, that's stout for a 150 w/a few mods, fully loaded.

What would be a good prop slip %,I would think it could be better than 9% any idea? Or is that good for 19'3 gambler

I think a lot of these guys figure 10%, I don't take it that far into the science of things. I carry about 120# gear in the front of my boat and I would not know what effect it would have if any on the slip. Having it blueprinted might pull the numbers closer. Give them a day or two and somebody with the knowledge to help will chime in. Or you might take this question to the prop forum and let mark help you. He is pretty darn good about answering questions.

sounds like your set up is pretty good to me...might squeeze a little more with some prop work....dont get to caught up in prop slip..some rigs run great at 13...the lower the better though...here is a link to figure yours yourself...dont forget to add an inch of pitch if you have a cupped prop...
I know some of you guys already use this one, but for those that don't plug in your #ers!!

    Re: prop slip (GPV150)

Shows 9% slip with 1.87 gears.. If those are the gears you have you should be able to improve on the slip.. All my worked props except my Bravo 1 runs 7 to 8 % slip..
