    Corned Beef and Cabbage, Guiness and a Jimmies waiting for me after work....
    Both my wife and I are Irish..My Grandparents immigrated here...so we usually do the more traditional side pork but wife wanted Corned Beef this year..

    Until the 70's pubs where closed on st. Paddy's day by law.......beef was not in there diet, cows worked or milked....only eaten once rendered useless.....
