Map update question

Is there any way to preview an update or see a listing of what lakes have been added or updated? I wouldn't want to pay for a map update, and find out they haven't did anything with the lakes I fish. Seems like it would be a crap shoot buying an update without knowing what changes have been made.

You can search the list of lakes and see which ones have what sort of coverage. That should tell you if any lakes you are interested have new data.

I dont know for sure if they update this list befoe or after they update the download for map updates. I would hope at the same time.

Okay, I looked at the lake list, and 1 local lake shows some 2015 updates for the ultra card. here's a screen shot, and in the lower left of the map feature box it has an icon for 2015 updates. I guess that's what I need to look for. The picture is too small to read the print, but the icon for new info is circled in the lower left.
