Hey, I met you in Havasu last week, I had the red procraft. You did an awesome job on the resto, I'm sure I will end up doing many of the same things you did one day. Your boat is even more impressive in person.

Nice! Great job on the boat. Good fish too. Gotta love Havasu. A lot better than fishing Mead. Mead gets scary this time of year when the wind picks up.

Great work on the resto! Any chance you could help me locate similar trailer fenders? I just ordered 18's for my trailer and I am pretty sure I will have to change mine.

Thanks for all the comments. It turned out great, it was a ton of work but totally worth it!
I bought the fenders for $182.00 free shipping from http://www.trailer-fenders.com/. 68x10-3/4 Smooth Aluminum Tandem-Axle Teardrop TrailerFender. They are not tapered on the back side against the boat. I raised the bunks 3" because the boat sat so low on the trailer I couldn't even trim the motor all the way down and the boat had to be raised with the new fenders being wider. I love the way it sits on the trailer now and it hasn't made any difference on unloading or loading the boat. I love the gatorback bunks also.

    Did you put 200hp decals on a 225hp? I thought a 200DC was only rated for a 200hp?

Man, nice job - i restore boats as a hobby. I know how much work you put into that build and it looks great. Did you change the fender it looks wider than stock. What kind of wheels and tires? Restoring my super pro this winter.

Hey Tony thanks I really appreciate that. Yes a ton of work and I don't think I'll be doing that again any time soon! 10-4 I changed the fenders I really liked the looks of the lengend trailers and how the boat sits on their trailers so I tried to matched them. I put 18's on it with the low profile tires and they are actually really close to the same size as the stock 15" except the tires are quite a bit wider. I had to raise all the bunks up approx. 2-1/2" so the boat would sit just above the fenders because the new fenders are so wide. I didn't mind raising the bunks at all because the boat sat so low to the ground it was nice to get it sitting up higher on the trailer. It makes a huge difference pulling with the new tires it just seems to be more solid and not so loose if that makes sense. I'll post the tire and wheel info.
