Running a 2005 HP 200 with a 2012 SHO. Bought the boat new with an HPDI 200 that blew with me last year. Love the power of the 4 stroke. Running a 23 pitch SHO ventless prop. 6" jackplate turning right around 6050 RPM and 67 mph GPS. Still tweaking my jackplate some but getting real close to top performance I do believe, but any advice/ tricks would be appreciated. Oh yeah and I'm 4 3/8" below pad.

2015 G3 Sportsman 17 with a F90 will do 40 mph on GPS with me and one other if I push the trim to porpoise but can do 39 without porpoise at 5800 rpm 16 pitch prop. No jack plate or anything just straight out of the box. Got this rig at the end of March. Just finished the break in about 2 weeks ago and changed the oil. With just me it will do 40mph without porpoise. I have good and bad luck I guess. The boat comes with a stock Minn Koda 55 pound thrust Edge TM. However, that is a 12volt TM and the place where I got it wired it 24 volt. Needless to say it burned up. I asked them how much it would cost to just upgrade to the Maximum. The dealer felt so bad he upgraded the TM for $100 and threw in a Lawrance Mark 4 HDI on the front for free. They rewired the main wire from the batteries to the TM too.

    2015 G3 Eagle Talon 17 43.5 mph @ 6000 WOT. Has a 2015 90 hp Mercury 4 stroke with CT and Mercury 19P 14" Enertia Prop.

Motor too high and not the best prop for it. Hopefully with motor @ no 2 hole and a 21P Tempest Prop we will see something like 46mph @ 5600 rpm WOT @ sea level and in salt water.

I have a 2004 Eagle 185 with 115 Yamaha fourstroke engine. Everything is original, including prop, no jack plate, no other modifications. The most I can get out of it is 47.4mph and the boat leans left while running(out of trim). Im not sure lf the RPMs because the gauge doesnt read correctly (haven’t figured it out yet). I was just curious if anyone is running the same rog and what speeds you are getting. Also any advice on what prop to run and how to balance out the leaning would be helpful. Any info that you are willing to provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
