    Hey guys so glad to have found you... There really isn't that much info out about these boats anymore. I just got a 2001 Javelin 17fs it's great for me has a 115 Johnson runs about 53 with just me call it good enough!

    Here is my '89 Javelin 393 F/S with a Evinrude 200XP on it. It's in great shape and runs about 60 top end with 2 of us in the boat. It's really set up as a fishing boat more than a ski boat, but thats what I wanted! I can still seat 5 and go run around the lake if I want. New seats from BassBoatSeats.com are awesome too! Really love this boat!

    I agree, looks clean for a 96...I still look at my boat and can't believe its a 98, damn thing is old but looks and runs awesome...Would love a new boat but hard to justify...

    I agree, nice looking Javelin JKinney! I love having an older boat that is still in nice condition - you get to tinker with it more! There is always a project with the boat that needs to get done! Plus it's cheaper to fix when something breaks!


    When I'm old and retired, I will get a newer boat...
