There is a support board slipping back at a 45 degree angle in the front of the boat. Can’t push the pedal box too far forward.

Stropp how far back from front switch panel is the support board you mentioned? Do you have a copy of the instructions that Backlash has?
Let me go measure. Depend on the depth of the box too. Deeper means further back

My pedal box is 6.75 inches from the front lip with the panel removed. Box is 4” deep. Might be 1” of clearance at the bottom. Pm me for pics
Stropp - Thanx again for the measurement and the pics on your installation. I should be ok, my current foot pedal is 8" from the panel. Plan on mounting new ultrex foot pedal in the new tray in the same location. Thanx again for your help. To answer your new post about bilge float, I don't really know but I always assumed that the main power switch had to be on for the bilge to work? I have a 2000 201D.
Thank you for the bilge pump float answer. It should be ALWAYS on... I am going to add a fused hot to the float directly from the crank. Bad engineering on an amazing boat!!!
