Pull off the front panel and then get a flashlight and a mirror to check for any support brackets or wires that may be running from one side of the boat to the other. Shouldn't be be any but check, then get back to us.

do you have any suggestions on transducer mounting location for a hummingbird 898 side imaging. No jack plate there is a small step in front of the motor where the areator intake is. what do you think of that location or on the back by motor not sure if my beam will clear the motor though appreciate any info

just did my Cobra, really very easy, but get ready to dig out about 4" of floatation, under the floor, Cobra dosen't have any wires crossing over up front. my advise is : make sure you sit on your seat and make you final decesion on where to install the tray based on how comfortable you are in the position you deceided on, make sure and seal the exposed freshly cut wood, I used a commercial grade marine silicone.

Stop thinking about it and do it. You will never regret it and you will never want another boat without it!!! If your nervous about the cutting just cut it small and work from there. Good luck, Jim
Anyone have pictures of their recessed trolling motor install? I'd love to see how they fit. Considering buying 202 but I'm so used to my recessed peddle I must have it on any boat I own. Thanks!
Hey Larry could you send it to me as well thanks for your time!!!
