    All of these potential input voltage issues is a big reason that I recommend the Powermania chargers. They are rated for input voltage of 100-240V at 50-60Hz. A wide enough range for any crappy supply.

    I have the 460 PC and it seems to charge but it never gets to green, flashing yellow lights. Any ideas??

    Just winging it here, but is your charger set up for the type of batteries you're using?

    flashing yellow means there is a problem. Do you have the manual to decode the lights? Link to manual:https://minnkotamotors.johnsonoutdoo...rPrecision.pdf
    You need to note which lights are flashing and on which banks.
