What a way to start the year. But I'm a sucker for buying on days like today, looking for a bounce. We won't go straight down. AAPL, UA, UPRO
Oil is concerning. I would have thought we would bounce and hold gains on the Saudi/Iran news. Lower for longer is my guess.
Not a good day to move a big portion of my 401K into fixed income. Getting closer to 62 so trying to protect the downside more.

If CVS drops anymore I'm going to add to it. Same with Apple. Looks like a lot of babies got thrown out with the bath water today.

Looks like I will get to add to AAPL below 100. And I had to sell UPRO. I'm not seeing anything that makes me want to buy this market. Maybe this weeks data will change that.
I'm hoping to get some aapl below 100, too. Gonna try to find some energy sector stuff for the long run.

When does oil bottom? Talk about a falling knife. Even gold doesn't fall straight down, and gold is worthless. Atleast oil is something that the world needs to function. I'm still waiting for that flush and panic.
What a morning, oil making new lows, Chinese markets were opened for about ten minutes of trading, and more mid east tension with Iran and Saudi Arabia.
M, Macy's severed ties with Trump and took his products off the shelves. Well he called for a boycott. Since then, the stock has been cut in half, they are laying off thousands and closing stores. Wow is all I can say about that.
Oil, I think this leads to war. Too many countries depend on it for revenue to allow it to drop and stay lower. Without war, there is nothing to keep it from dropping lower. I'm really thinking about taking a stab at some USO.
Well as bad as it I'm just grateful I didn't by Chipotle months ago. That chart went right off the cliff. It may break below 400 soon.
I was thinking about CMG last night. Last night people I follow, traders, on twitter was posting pictures of all the empty or near empty Chipotle restaurants around them. We won't know the extent of damage till they have a few earnings under their belt. It wouldn't surprise me to see the stock get taken to the wood shed for many months to come. And I think anybody who buys now are simply gamblers.

So China is going to remove the circuit breaker that keeps their market from tanking more than 10%.....................what could go wrong

I did some buying when the SPY broke 194. Lots of buy programs on that last set of new lows. If we gap down in the am I will buy more. AAPL, UA, UPRO
