just askin i have a 04 pt175 and would a spark plug wire puller hold those nuts to turn tight ? just thinking of easier way like to do mine but just 2 on each side..... it does look great!
Its worth a shot.... I used my fingers to hand tighten then did the best I could with pliers to tighten down
I siliconed the back of the LED before inserting.
Some people have used loctite on them with good results too.

Great looking project. My bow is very similar; without the black stripe. Was considering tapping into the bow lights up front after seeing how nice this looks. What turned into planning for a project that just dealt with putting LEDs under the console has now turned into LEDs under rear storage, in the recessed trolling motor tray and now possibly front nav lights! Obviously I have a hard time drawing the line, because I'll need to remove the front deck to get to access the area to place the bow LEDs. Decisions, decisions.
What color is the area where the lights would be installed?

Silver. I looked at the website where you got them; it looks like they have a silver model as well. Also, is there a regulation on how many bulbs you need for red/green? Stupid question, just wanted to make sure. Yours seem incredibly bright; I wonder if 2 on each side would be sufficient?
They also make a stainless steel model that are 3w each and even brighter....

Looks good. Have been researching options myself. I do a lot of night fishing. Do you get any glare while standing on the front deck?
