    New Depth Finder

Plan to purchase a Huminbird Helix 7. It's too big to fit on the top on the dash where the Lawrence was. I would like to install a side mount "arm" that would allow me to view from different angles. Can't find a place to mount it. Console rolls int to side so there is no "flat spot". Any others had this problem and if so what did you do?

Many of the guys have posted in previous posts using a railmount. Have to go back a way to find it but it's pretty slick an holds up well.

Do you remember which model number you chose? I am seriously looking at a Hummingbird Helix 7si. I looked on the web page and there are hundreds of mounts. ??????

I installed an HDS 9 GEN 3 on top of my gauges behind the shield and it fit perfectly.
