Look at the "Big" pop ups. We had a Fleetwood 'Hemlock' It had two king beds and a slide-out dining table/ bed. Big kitchen shower and toilet. We got it used for around $9k. We used it several summers and sold to another couple.

Casita. The largest model at 17' comes in at 3,500# maximum loaded weight.
You will find that the fiberglass eggs don't have the roof issues that most others do.
They are fairly inexpensive, light, durable and well designed overall.

I was wanting to look at these. I ended up buying another brand used but I really like the construction on these but have never seen one in person. Not to hijack this thread but do any of ya'll out there have one?

My understanding is that Casita is a better built unit.
The 17' models are pretty sporty in what they offer in a small/light package.
Don't fall into the one "trap". The one with swivel chairs doesn't have as much storage.

I've got an Gulfstream Ameri-lite 198BH 21' from hitch to back bumper. Works just fine.
